Seeking Surgeon for Nose Job

Anonymous
I had septum-straightening surgery that went wrong and now I need a surgeon who can fix the tip of my nose (it's collapsing - slowly, but, still). Anyone had similar "tip" problems (apparently, tips are the most difficult to fix) and can recommend their surgeon? Thanks.

Had same problem last year - Thomas Sanzaro did an amazing job - he's head of plastic/reconstructive surgery at Sibley.

PP, OP here: what did your nose look like when it was collapsing? The tip of mine turns up way too much.

It was a mess - tilted to the side with cartilege build up at the end. Disaster - looks amazing now - can't believe i waited so long to have it fixed. (hopefully you will see this - I'm not a regular poster so sorry for the delay.

I had a nose job in '06. Easy recovery and little pain. Great experience.

For revision nose job, I would see a subspecialist so you have someone who is experienced in undoing bad plastic surgery while preserving a functioning nose for you. Suzanne Kim Doud Galli (all one name, last name Galli) is board certified in Otolaryngology (Ear, Nose Throat specialist) in addition to Board Certification in Facial Plastic Surgery. Offices in Reston and Foggy Bottom.

Larry Ohalloran. He did an awesome job for me. He is a perfectionist and really knows what he is doing.
