Any tips are greatly appreciated. We are in a condo building and have tried and hired just about everything and everyone. Its been leaking so long that it brought about mold at one point. We have had the head replaced, cut holes, etc... What could be the cause? |
What does the plumber say? |
Sounds like it might be leaking elsewhere andjust dripping out at that particular location. Can you put a level on the pipe to see if there is a slope? Water flows downhill so you could inspect up the pipe. |
I have a condo. Everything regarding the sprinkler system was supposed to be taken care of by the condo because that was a common element. What does your building engineer say? |
They thought it was a leak from another source at one point but now they have run out of ideas for a source. They did an inspection, cut holes, left them open, brought in a company to look and no one seems to be able to pinpoint the cause. We are sandwiched between units and on the second floor of this building. A roof inspection did not reveal a connection so we have been told. |
Is it a slight drip? Maybe it's not a leak. Maybe it's humidity condensing? |
