How much protein should a 33 y/o female take in when dieting? Why shouldn't you take in too much? TIA

Multiply your weight by 0.37 to get the number of grams of protein you should eat daily. It should be about 30% of your total calorie intake.

Eating too much (and I don't know how much is too much), is what damages our kidneys.
