Affordable landscaper/yard maintenance Capitol Hill

Any recommendations of affordable person(s) who can seriously address our rowhouse back yard? With 3 kids, no time to maintain, it's getting scary watching it grow but am so sick of people seeing dc address and marking up the quote based on address. I need someone who works hard who can help us maintain going forward. Thanks!

I will post my guy's name to MOTH if he tells me he wants me to. Check in a few days. I pay him $75 for basic weeding every 3 weeks, more for the initial big cleanup of the season.

Did you try this woman Tacey, who people have posted about on MoTH? I think her outfit is like "The Living Room Outside." She only charged me about $100 for a full backyard and front yard cleaning a while back.
