What kind of area rug would you get?

I'm updating our guest room.

I bought this yellow trellis comforter from Pottery Barn:

The floors are dark hardwood. The bed is a dark wood sleigh bed.

What kind of area rug would you get? Color especially.

Need ideas.... Thanks!

I think jute would look nice with that. or a warm cream.

Do people frequently do jute rugs? I love the way they look, but they are so rough on your bare feet. I've thought about it but never executed upon the idea....

+1 Or, you can also find wool rugs that look like jute or are the same kind of neutral. They always look good and you can change up your décor any time you want without having to get a new rug.

Pottery Barn Kids has some jute rugs that are super soft on the feet. We bought one for my son's nursery and I love it. See here:
