Tell me about way fair, Hayneedle etc

How is quality and customer service? What do you buy from them. Are there others similar to them? We got a bunch of coupons from all of these places but maybe it is better to stick to B&M stores?

Wayfair has top-notch customer service. NB, it is Walmart for home. Never used Hayneedle.

I haven't bought from Wayfair but I regularly buy things from their flash sale website called Joss & Main. I think they have good prices and I almost always qualify for free shipping. I don't have time to shop for home decor items in brick and mortar stores, so it works for me.

Hay needle seems ok to me but find the website a little overwhelming. I like how things are curated on Joss & Main.

I adore most of the things I see on One King's Lane, but it's too expensive. Prices are not good in my experience.

I've ordered from Birch Lane, which I think is an offshoot of Wayfair. The things I've gotten have been good quality.

Haven't ordered from hay needle yet but am intrigued by the catalog.

I've ordered an outdoor table umbrella and stand from Hayneedle as well as one of those gates to put in the back of my car to keep our big dogs in the back. Good prices, nice quality products, and fast shipping. I've had all items for 2+ years and everything is holding up great.

Disagree that way fair has great customer service. Paid an arm and a leg to ship a return (they deducted restocking or something on a non electronic home good) after I learned post delivery I had not actually bought the item from Walmart itself.

I bought a customized little bookshelf for my toddler from Hayneedle. Worked out great - I'm very happy with it .

I purchased NE Kids furniture from Hayneedle/Wayfair. All went well, including getting a replacement for a chair that was packed with a misfit seat. I've had good experiences with them and I am a cranky customer.

I've been pleased with Wayfair so far. We've ordered three pieces of furniture from them. Two pieces seem to be very good quality (haven't had them long enough to say for sure). One, a small pantry-type cabinet, was a huge pain to put together and is so-so quality-wise, but it was inexpensive, maybe $150, so I guess we got what we paid for.
