Brent and SWS

We got super lucky and are choosing between these schools for K. Commute is not an issue; any thoughts on comparing these two excellent schools? It's a gift to be in this position, I am very aware.

Thanks to those with helpful input!

Where does SWS feed into? SH right? I would choose it for the backup middle school option.

Ps - I totally hate you.

I'm at SWS and am unequivocally happy but I do have to say it's still in the throwers of figuring it all about and defining itself, so f you aren't flexible and willing to pitch in ID go Brent.

Both schools fee poorly: Brent it Jefferson MS and SWS to Eliot Hine

Sorry. Horrible typos from phone.

Brent. Not even a close one.

We are at SWS and love it, but I also think I'd choose Brent for the long term.

At SWS, how is the principal in terms of communication and organization? Do you feel like the teachers really know your kid as a learner?

If Brent is your IB school, then you really have nothing to lose by going to SWS. If it doesn't work out, go back to Brent.

+1 and to answer pp, the teachers at SWS really get children as learners

As long as they're 100% typical.

Huh; why Brent for long haul? It's not out IB school.

Either one will be fine but keep playing the lottery since you will have to peel off for middle school.

New poster here-

I am not sold on Reggio after pre-k. I would say try SWS and see if it is a good fit.

Too bad that the feeder options are not great, but with your luck I'm sure you'll lottery into WL, DCI, or Basis when the time comes.
