Fed agencies with Loudoun Cty offices?

| I know DOT has a branch office there. I'd imagine SSA has offices there, they have them everywhere. |

| SSA is in Manassas and Winchester. FEMA has employees and contractors at Mount Weather in Bluemont. TSA has employees at Dulles and Herndon (close to Loudoun). I'm not aware of any other federal agencies in Loudoun. If you want to stay close, DOI has offices in Herndon and Reston and USGS is in Reston. |

| Bsee and boem are the only federal government offices within loudoun. I know this because I work there and we just moved there to Sterling. |

Chantilly has a Fairfax side (which has the federal agencies) and the Loudoun side (aka South Riding).
FAA has a fairly large facility in Leesburg, and there's some sort of regional air traffic control center in Sterling. |

| SSA field offices in Louden County are administered by the state. Hearing offices are federal, but I don't think there is one in Louden County. Besides SSA headquarters are in Woodlawn, MD with a presence in Falls Church and Crystal City. Sorry! |

| There are some agency specific specialty offices in Loudoun but you'd probably already need to be part of those agencies to work there (federal law enforcement agencies). I don't think they advertise for those work locations directly. |

Yes. BSEE and BOEM are the only federal agencies whose main offices are in Loudoun. They just moved to Sterling, VA this spring. I know that they're the only ones in Loudoun because Loudoun wasn't considered a county on OPM status updates for Washington area employees until then. |
