How to list our house for sale (without an agent)

Anonymous
We live in a sought after area where properties are picked by builders and homes are not even listed. It's a very hot market and our location in particular is attractive to both builders and buyers (we would be at a price point below new build but above a tear down). We would like to sell without using an agent (we are also not really in a hurry in a way). Besides posting ourselves on Craigslist, how do we go about listing it on MLS? We may also post using Make me move with zillow. thank you

We had luck on Zillow for rental though.
Also, what about Home.com?
Frankly MLS?

We had luck with FSBO.com. They will create a MLS listing for you if you want.

Also Zillow Make Me Move is a good option.

A. Get on MLS (see below) (~$200)
- Use a lockbox so agents can get in
- Use CSS to tell agents your lockbox code (simplified showing schedules with agent feedback)

B. Get professional photography (~$200)
