| We live in a sought after area where properties are picked by builders and homes are not even listed. It's a very hot market and our location in particular is attractive to both builders and buyers (we would be at a price point below new build but above a tear down). We would like to sell without using an agent (we are also not really in a hurry in a way). Besides posting ourselves on Craigslist, how do we go about listing it on MLS? We may also post using Make me move with zillow. thank you |

We had luck on Zillow for rental though.
Also, what about Home.com? Frankly MLS? |

We had luck with FSBO.com. They will create a MLS listing for you if you want.
Also Zillow Make Me Move is a good option. |

Military by owner is good
Also neighborhood or parent listservs |
