She's not a Spanish citizen, we established that on like page 2. Her parents are both American. And now somebody is questioning whether she was even born there, because her mom was in medical school in Boston at the time. It does seem if the internet has been scrubbed, props to whoever is finding this stuff before it disappears forever.

Hilary's brother also lives in Mallorca with his wife who is Spanish. It is possible that Hilary's mother has some connection to Spain / Mallorca.

I can find lots of info on her dads side of the family but very little on mom's.

Her mom's dad traveled to work in Argentina and loved learning Spanish. He made sure his kids spoke Spanish so Hilary's mom spoke Spanish and began vacationing n Mallorca.

I saw something on a family member's page in March of this year saying they were living in Mallorca.
Also one of his wife's social media pages has the location as a city in Spain (not not Mallorca)

I have no actual idea where they live but his wife is definitely Spanish.

I’ll never forget a video of her teaching toddler Carmen to say Hilaria’s and Alec’s names...Carmen mimicked her exaggerated accent “Ee-lah-dia Toh-MAS Boldwin”

I don't know why so many people are going "haha GOTCHA". I would imagine that TMZ probably already knows she's a fake. It isn't like the info is that hard to come by. Some intern out there probably researched her and was easily able to find everything you all have found here. The story just wasn't interesting enough to make big headlines.

I agree TMZ probably doesn’t care. But I think it’s interesting to people because she tries so hard to be something she’s not. It’s just very odd. I mean not including info about your parents in your wedding announcement is strange. Switching an accent on and off is strange. Posting a pic of yourself and then requesting no paparazzi is strange. Pretending to be Spanish is strange. Getting paid to shill a product using your miscarriage is strange.

Am I crazy?

There is a podcast, Nat and Cat, and I just listened to an episode where they interviewed her. It was the first time I heard her talk about her background outright and it was for sure weird. She said she moved to the states to attend NYU. But, I know people she want to school with in the Boston area (like middle and high school). And she said she grew up in Majorca but again, she grew up in a suburb of Boston. And she spoke on and off with a Spanish accent. I believe she speaks Spanish well and it's great her kids will get to be bilingual but the lying is very odd (especially when she must realize plenty of people saw her throughout her childhood, in America).

She must also have a weird relationship with her parents. The podcasters asked about her mom a couple times and she was beyond evasive. Somehow kept bringing it back to Alec being famous when the question was "do you have a good relationship with your mom".

To the poster that said she looks great, agreed! I don't look like that and have had 2 kids only. But, it's still unusual to invent a background.

Whoah. I just listened to the podcast. She really does tell the hosts that she "moved to the states to go to NYU." Unbelievable, those hosts were nice enough to put her on their podcast and she does that. What kind of a person does that?
