I would say that until he gets an honorable discharge, that his service is in question. You cannot ignore facts. |

If he deserted, he should not received benefits, he should be court martialed and suffer whatever penalties one suffers for desertion. But first he has to be proven guilty. Until then all this is speculation and has no bearing on Obama's decision to swap for him. |
