I am feeling bad, I bought Jillian's 30 day shred DVD and couldn't make it through ther first 20 minutes. I ha ven't been working out in a few years and the pat couple of yrs. I put on 50 extra pounds (also stopped smoking two years ago). Now I am trying to get in shape and thought Jillian would help me to get off the couch...lol
But I couldnt even make it through the first 20 minutes, when she picked up weights 2 minutes later i was almost dead. I will keep trying till I get it, I know it will get easier I just have to push harder. I was just wondering how everybody else was doing with the for the very first time. |
| Very first time was very hard. I'm a runner, but it kicked my a$$. It gets better. I would forget using any weights for now and at the maximum, only use 3 pounders. |

First time is very hard, even if you are in shape. It's a great series of workouts. Stay with Anita and know that if you keep it up, it will get easier and you will see results.
I just did all three levels as one workout and the CardioBlast and I feel great! |
