Can I send a tofu/smart dog for camp lunch?

| Lunches are not refrigerated. My kid is a super-picky eater but has been on a tofu-dog kick lately. Would it go bad if it sits out in the heat for 3 hours? TIA! |

| With an insulated bag and an ice pack, sure. It will be fine for 3 hours that way. With nothing to keep it kind of cold until lunch, though, I wouldn't do it. |

| welcome! I remember when I was young my mom used a frozen juice box as an ice pack - worked perfectly and there was nothing to remember to bring home. I don't know if they're actually safe to freeze, but if they are and you send juice with your son, that might be another option! |
