Finishing an in insulated addition

We live in a small, 90-year old brick rowhouse in NE DC. We have an addition on the back that started - I assume - as a sleeping porch before getting enclosed at some point. We don't think it's insulated at all.
We'd like to replace the wood paneling with drywall, insulate the walls and floor, level the subfloor, and lay laminate. Under the room currently it's just open joists about 3-4 feet above the dirt, with no insulation. We can probably keep the windows and doors for now, and the electrical seems sufficient for our needs. Any idea on costs for a contractor to do this? |

| Most of the heat is probably lost via the ceiling. You'll want to airseal as well as insulate. |
