Honestly, truly, Writer in L.A., there is no feeder preschool to Sidwell. If anyone tells you there is one, they're making up facts.
NCRC has done a decent job of sending graduates to Beauvoir, but IME (20 yrs) it's more a function of self-selecting parents than it is of Magical Levers Pulled by a powerful preschool director. |

| Oh be honest. Ncrc may not be a feeder to Sidwell per se, but it is filled with the NW elite. Surely very few Sidwell kids went to Appletree PCS for preschool. |

La writer, the only true feeder preschool/primary school in dc is beavior which feeds to ncs/sta (but attendance at B does not guarantee you admission to ncs/sta).
Sidwell starts at prek or k and doesn't have any feeder schools. Preschools that feed to private schools in a NYC thing. |

True. But please, OP, do no embarrass yourself or the Washington community by referring to NCRC as a "direct feeder to Sidwell." It is not. Many kids go there from Sidwell, but that is not the same thing as being a feeder school. I would hate to be watching your movie or TV show a year from now and have to point that out. |
