request to remove thread (sorry)

I hate to do this because I would like some advice, but a coworker said something that makes me suspect she saw this post. I'm afraid she'll show it to my manager. I don't want to lose the job I have.

Is it possible to remove it? Thank you. I should have written less and left out some information.
