How do I enter next years Charter school lottery

| Hi I am looking to apply my child in the next charter school lottery. Is this lottery separate from DCPS? If it is please share the website and please share names of productive good schools. Thank you! |

www.myschooldc.org They all use the same lottery now, with the exception of a couple of charter schools that opted out. |

visit MySchoolDC.org - there's a common lottery for both charter and DCPS. MySchoolDC will also alert you of the few schools who still lottery apart from the common one.
it will answer most of your questions as will many threads on this board. |

| Just to be clear, the charter school lotteries for this upcoming school year 2015-16 are finished. Since you posted elsewhere that you're on a waitlist for a DCPS, I'm assuming that is what you are asking about. You can try to get onto the end of existing waiting lists, but you would be at the end. |
