The thread about enjoying entertaining is kind of borderline, but I think encompasses more than food to a degree sufficient to allow it to remain in off-topic. I am not sure which thread is the "Homekeeping" thread.

I asked about homekeeping because sometimes I'd like to ask others advice or I have a tip I'd like to share and not sure where it should go.

Oh, I misunderstood. You are asking about threads that don't exist yet and you just want to start them in the correct forum? Depending on the specific topic, a homekeeping post might go in home improvement, food, or off-topic. Just use your best judgement (which is probably better than mine).
