I've read they can help in ivf cycle, particularly for DOR ... Has anybody try it? I don't even know where to buy it. |
| I've read that too. The Juice Joint has wheatgrass -- 1025 Vermont Ave NW. I wish there was a place closer to my work then it would be easier to try. I'm near 14th and Penn. |
| I take the wheatgrass pills. Not sure if they've made any difference though, and I wasn't aware of the DOR thing. What specifically did you read? I ran out a couple weeks ago. Maybe I should get another bottle. |

When DW was doing IVF with our son (who is now 2), she took wheatgrass pills every day and when the time for egg retrieval and FET was close, she was doing wheat grass shots. However, we worked with a clinic in NYC and there was a great juice bar inside of the Whole Foods just beside the clinic. Not sure where to recommend in DC...

| you can buy wheatgrass in whole foods in the frozen food aisle. i've done it -- hasn't helped. |
I'm your DW at 8:35 and I still am not sure it really made any difference. |
| Jamba Juice has it (there's one in DuPont circle) |

The one time I got pregnant naturally at 41 I was taking Amazing Grass (I liked the Orangecycle flavor in water). But I was also doing the TCM diet, TCM herbs, acupuncture, mayan abdominal massage and lots of other vitamins and supplements.
But I MC at 7 weeks--blighted ovum. No pregnancies with IUI or OE IVF after this. Got pregnant at 44 with DE. http://www.amazinggrass.com |
