DC bathroom remodel

| We have a "bathroom" in the basement consisting of an unwalled toilet, sink and shower. The basement is unfinished and there are pipes/a beam at about 6.5 ft above the floor, so I know we couldn't get a permit to finish it without digging out the floor. My question is just about re-doing the bathroom. Does anyone know if I will need a permit to replace the three fixtures and have walls/floor/door installed, and is ceiling height an issue? How do I find out these details? |
