Anonymous
Would anyone who has had a load bearing wall removed (legally, with appropriate permits by a licensed contractor) be willing to share their contractor information? Thanks!

We used Moss. Happy with price and result.

Could anyone share what they paid for removing a load bearing wall? We're hoping to open up our kitchen.

I am the 11:59 poster and I believe the going rate when we did it and had the LVL beam installed was between 2500-3000.
