What do you use to clean your wood floors?

I use water and a little vinegar but they feel sticky and if I ever rub them the paper towel is black.

I use water and Pinesol

1/3 water
1/3 vinegar
1/3 alcohol (the rubbing kind. Not the drinking kind)
1 tbsp dawn dish soap

Throw all that in a spray bottle and use your swiffer. It'll leave your floors clean and streak free since the alcohol evaporates.

A steam mop.

Bona hardwood floor cleaner with the mop that comes with it (Swiffer style, but reversible pad with two different textures).
We had our hardwood floors sanded and polyurethaned when we bought our house 15 years ago, and contractors who have come to our house for other jobs have commented they don't look like they need any refinishing, that they have held up really well. The floor company recommended Bona and I use it weekly.

Vinegar is great for a lot of things, but I would not use it on hardwood floors (or alcohol or Dawn FWIW). I also use Bona with a microfiber mop.
