...stale coffee cake in the office kitchen that left a film on my teeth. Yuck! I brought food. Why? Why did I fall for this?

I ate 6 small size round donuts today. it's National Donut day. Why! Why!!! what's tomorrow? national fried chicken day?! yeah!

I just ate a bag of dry oatmeal. Without adding water or microwaving.

Almost an entire 8oz block of cheese with crackers that were clearly stale.

My husband, today, ate for lunch refried beans, out of the can, with a spoon, while standing in front of the refrigerator.

He would eat dry oatmeal. I've seen him eat dry rice.

Yesterday I went a bread products marathon. Throughout the day I had:

huge blueberry muffin
quarter of a baguette
two flour tortillas
two English muffins

This was in addition to all the other food I ate. WHAT THE ****ING HELL?

Cheese balls at 3am last night, and I wasn't drunk or drinking!! Felt like crap when I woke up this morning.

I have been really good about limiting my carbs and eating a lot of greens, fruits, and whole grains.

So what did I just make this afternoon? 4 pounds of potato salad. It is my weakness. Seriously though, don't know what possessed me to make 4 pounds of it. I've been eating it all day.
