| Every month I'm dying to start taking them, do about 6 days before period, don't really accept the BFN because maybe its just too early, hold out hope and end up disappointed and saying I'll wait until 1st day of expected period next month. Never succeed in doing that though |
| I am the crazy person that started taking the tests a week before my period was due. Good luck! |
I wait until day 32. But by that time I already have my period
A BFN is extremely depressing, so I refuse to test unless there's a good chance. |
Side note- am I the only one who's always convinced that the start of my period is really just implantation bleeding??
|
| For my pregnancies, I was getting a BFP 10-11 days after conception. Good luck! |
NP here. I'm hearing this a lot, that by 10-11 dpo most women should be getting BFPs on sensitive tests. I'm 10 dpo today and the test is stark white. I think I'm going to stop testing until my period is due. I don't want to keep convincing myself that the BFN at this point doesn't mean I'm not pregnant. |
What test were you using? |
Another delusional person here! I always have a day or two of spotting before my period, and every month I'm convinced it's implantation bleeding. But, I *did* actually have implantation bleeding with each of my pregnancies. |
Can I join the club? When I get my period, I'm like wow the implantation spotting is really heavy. I guess I just really hope for a BFP
|
| Recently got a faint bfp at 8dpo. Very surprised! |
It's been a few years but they were the extra-sensitive strips that I bought online, not from the drugstore. Something like these: http://www.early-pregnancy-tests.com/3pregtesstri.html |
| I always tested early. Started around 9 dpo. I got my first (sort of) positives around 10-11 dpo for my pregnancies. I say "sort of" because the line didn't show up for 5 or so minutes so not technically a positive. But I was pregnant both times so... |
| I wait until the day of my missed period. I do fantasize before that but there's just not point to test early for me. |
