What does a deep cleaning do at your house?

How spotless does it get? Every crevice and nook? Every little yucky spot in the kitchen (top of cabinets, the lip on the baseboards...) And how much did it cost you?
Just trying to figure out if it is worth it to have this done. |

| We have weekly cleaning service with a deep clean every month. In addition to the regular weekly clean, the deep clean also includes cleaning the oven, inside the fridge, dusting every baseboard, etc. |
