Heard about this on the radio. I was surprised. I could see the employee wanting to pay less for insurance by wearing a Fitbit type device, but I saw in the original article some employers are using it to track stress levels and sleep for correlalation with sales calls, among other things. Would you wear a device for tracking purposes if asked by your employer? To what extent? For any reason? |
