If you have turned in the language immersion request form I have two questions for you:

Did you take it to the office or fax it?

I got a MoCo schools id for my child, but the form asks if I have registered my child. Does this count as registration?

I faxed it. If you have a school ID, that is proof that the registration process was completed. For some reason, they still want your initials on the form so you just need to initial by the statement.
