Girdhelli Double Chocolate mix..easy..reliable and better than anything I have made from scratch.

I can make other chocolate things much better from scratch but I have yet to find a brownie recipe that is better than this one. And certainly not easier!

Would one use milk instead of water for this recipe? Or is that just for cake mixes?

PP. I use water and it comes out rich enough...but could be worth a try. Is this a reason to make a pan?

If you think the Ghiradelli Double Chocolate is good, try the dark chocolate. AMAZING!!!

From a brownie connoisseur. After years of trying my own recipes, I realized a box of Ghiradelli is just the way to go.

Yes, Ghiradelli is amazing.

I've made another one from scratch that uses three different chocolates (cooks illustrated) that is even better, but can't find the recipe because I haven't used it in years. Too high maintenance.

I suggest baking at 350, not 325.

Np here, we just made these the other day. You are not lying. I never knew brownies could be that good. Ds is begging me to bake another pan of these.
