Is this a tummy bug going around or something else?

I have a preschool aged DD and preschool aged DS. They both contracted the sniffles on Saturday night into Sunday. DS has had sneezing and runny colored snot since Saturday (pretty sure not allergies). I get a scratchy and slightly sore throat Monday night. Overnight into Tuesday morning, I develop a very sore throat and sneezing. and a noisy rumbly belly. Tuesday morning, I have the full blown tummy runs (4x in the morning - sorry TMI) in addition to the stuffed up head and throat. I took a temp and it's relative normal (99.5). Spent almost all day in bed. Ate bland things such as vanilla yogurt, chicken noodle soup and Jello. Today - a little better appetite but now greenish mucus in my nose/sinuses and slightly quieter (but not quiet) belly but still have the runs right after I eat (3x). What gives???? Thanks for the help in advance.

There is a stomach bug going around We have already had it. It took forever to get over. That being said, it could possibly be strep with the sore throat. One of my twins always has an upset tummy when he has strepl

OP, I think there is something going around. My toddler isn't in daycare but was sick with vomit for one day and now has very loose, icky poops. He is taking three hour naps and not too hungry. I have no outward symptoms but I do not want eat, feel sick and have a really sore, achy body. I guess we caught something somewhere. I'd really like to get better so we can get dressed and go out.
