Some of the homes for sale have beautiful paint colors, rugs, patio furniture etc. thinking that people here may be able to help identify ones that we are interested in? Any guesses?

Seriously, call the agent and ask if the seller will give the info. I am an agent and people often ask sellers for paint colors, where they bought furniture etc. Most sellers happily provide info.

the wall color in the bedroom looks to be Ben Moore Silver Blue- it's what I have in my bedroom.
The rug would be any off-white carpet.

Another possibility for the bedroom: Benjamin Moore Bunny Gray

Benjamin Moore Gray Owl. But OP, knowing the color won't do you any good because the same color will look different with your floors and lighting.

Could also be BM Stonington Gray, which has a touch of blue in it.

Just picked up a color match machine at Sherwin Williams. You can put it on any paint or fabric and it will give you the nearest SW match. It is small and for $50. fun to have in your purse when touring homes.
