playing Tennis in a moco park

My Wife and I want to start playing Tennis together, Ive seen some tennis courts in the park near us but was wondering if anyone knows how that works?
Do you just go and play, do you need to sign up first, If someone is waiting is there a time limit?

Cabin John used to have a sign sheet if there were no free courts available to keep. Track of the people waiting. . All other places I know you can just go and play. General rule is that you should stop playing after an hour if other people are waiting. Have fun.
