Please recommend the best MLS only service in NOVA for FSBO

We've had a run of bad luck with agents, wasting precious time during this peak period, and have decided to try FSBO so looking for a reliable MLS service in northern Virginia. I'd appreciate it if we avoid discussing the merits of using an agent.

Sorry to hear about your bad luck.
I've used http://xflatfeemls.net with success. But I recently found that http://usrealty.com does it for less and even lets you get on the MLS with 10 pics FOR FREE. I posted about this the other week but it was flagged because I offered to give people free advice/tips outside of the forum. Good luck! |

Low fee and is widely read Of course post the info on sites like Trulia Zillow Hotpads too. The more eyes on your property the better |

| altrealty and 100dollarmls are the same thing. they're owned by the owner of frank...l...y mls (hopefully that doesn't trigger his google alert), and it's their lead generation tool to get FSBOs to eventually go full-service. |
