Lima beans, crunchy veggies (like onions, celery). I had (have) a very active imagination and when I was a kid, I used to hate them because the texture and crunching sound they made under my tooth bite sounded/ felt like biting a cockroach. When I finally got old enough to explain that to my mom, she gave me a pass on them from then on...

Green beans. My dad likes the ones from a can so that's what we got growing up. As an adult I realized you could buy them fresh and they actually had texture and taste.

Asparagus. Now I LOVE it.

I know. I know. I just remember thinking watermelon was strangely bland, like eating solid water that wasn't ice. It confused me. I hated the flavor of banana. And, we never had pizza growing up so I think it was too exotic for me. All that melted cheese seemed kind of gross.

Broccoli

Any white sauce/spread (i.e. cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, cottage cheese, cream sauces). I couldn't get past the color.

I was the pickiest eater. The kid me would be horrified that the adult me loves sushi rolls and eggplant.
