Looking for architect/drafter recommendations for small basement reno

Hi,

I am renovating my small basement to make it into a legally rentable unit. It is fairly small 650-700 sqft. The basement needs to be dug out. I already have my contractor identified.
I am looking for an affordable architect or a designer that can draw the drafts and get permits from DCRA. The rowhouse is in Trinidad/H Street NE area.
