Hamas killed and tortured Gaza civilians

Anonymous
Amnesty International:

Hamas forces in the Gaza Strip committed serious human rights abuses including abductions, torture and extra-judicial killings of Palestinian civilians in 2014, a report says.
...
The report says no-one had been brought to account for the abuses, suggesting they were officially sanctioned.

What is the US doing to bring this terrorist organization under control?

Probaby blamed it on Israel too

Well its only Amnesty International claiming that; not like a credible source . . . . oh wait, yes they are.

And it's nice to see Amnesty International acknowledging the obvious:

Hamas and Palestinian armed groups in Gaza
repeatedly fired indiscriminate rockets and
mortars into Israel. Firing greatly intensified in
the period preceding and throughout Israel’s
Protective Edge military offensive in Gaza. By
Amnesty International Report 2014/15 287
the time of the August ceasefire that ended
the conflict, firing of indiscriminate weapons
from Gaza by Palestinian armed groups
had killed six civilians in Israel, including a
child aged four, wounded other civilians and
damaged a number of civilian homes. The
firing also led directly to civilian deaths in
Gaza, due to the premature explosion of some
rockets; the killing of 10 Palestinian civilians
including nine children in the al-Shati’ refugee
camp on 28 July was believed to have been
caused by a rocket that fell short of its target.
Palestinian armed groups also exposed
civilians in Gaza to lethal harm from Israeli
attacks by concealing and firing rockets and
other projectiles from locations within or close
to civilian residential areas
.

Now, if they would finally acknowledge the cause and effect relationship between the indiscriminate shelling of Israeli civilians and the war in Gaza, we would have a complete picture.

Last I heard, Israel is more than capable of taking care of themselves. The US is not the world's police force.

Using civilians as a shield is the modern warfare scourge

You are not following the required narrative: the Palestinians are always the victims, even when they are Hamas, a designated terrorist organization.

Who they elected...

No excuses for Hamas, and I am so happy to see all you folks expressing your compassion for Palestinian civilians. Really refreshing! For your next act of compassion, you could end the murderous siege and brutal occupation. I think they'd like you to get off their land. Come to think of it, I think everyone in the world would really like that!

I think you need to review Gaza's most recent history. Israel did get off of their land, completely - that's what landed Gazans in the mess they are right now. When Israel left, it liquidated all of the settlements, and with settlements went all of Gaza's agriculture, manufacturing, and all the other jobs that employed the locals. That's when they elected Hamas, which, instead of building up the economy, chose to build up their supply of rockets to fire into Israel. So this is why they are where they are.

There's an Amnesty torture report on America. Where's the outrage?

I know how much the Gazans would like to thank Israel for its years of kindness. For its decades long occupation and for building all of those Jewish-only settlements on their land. And it is so nice that the kindness has not ended with Israel's ostensible ending of the occupation. Israel has continued its compassionate policy of border control and sealing, infringement of territorial fishing waters, friendly fly bys in Palestinian air space, and just all around perpetual siege. Israel's and its defenders' utter lack of empathy with the victims of its own belligerent aggression is either racist delusion or mental illness. I'm not sure which, but rather than gaze at our bellybuttons, how about just get off their land?
