PK3 here. Our WL# has only gone down 1 from our initial number (went up one, then down 2).

My DC is enrolled at Haynes in Pre-K3. We don't know anyone who is leaving.

We also have a low WL # (under 10) and have seen no movement. Assuming all the spots went to sibs?

No--our friends got in to PK3 there, no preference. But guessing they got a really good number, don't know how many spots were open for non-preference applicants.
