Good, reasonably priced drycleaner in the Arlington/Falls Church/Mclean area?

I'm trying to get some drapes drycleaned and Zips won't do it. The drycleaner down the street wanted $23 a panel!! I got these from West Elm so I don't think they even cost that much to begin with.

I'm trying not to throw them out and just keep them and clean them--anyone know of a place that will do it for say, $10 or less a panel? They are just basic linen sheers.

If they are not that expensive and are sheers, why don't you just launder them? If they are ruined, you can buy new ones for the cost of dry cleaning the old ones.
