Recommend a reasonable dance bag with pop-up rack

I am ready to finally buy DD a rolling dance bag with a pop-up rack for her dance competitions and recitals. I would love to have one that is carry on size so that she can also use it for nationals and family vacations.

It would need to hold:

5-6 costumes. Her costumes do not tend to be bulky. If she did have any bulky costumes, it would not be a big deal to bring her garment bag too.

2-3 pair of ballet and lyrical shoes plus a pair of sneakers or combat boots (for hip hop)

Caboodle containing all of her hair/makeup supplies

a few snacks and water bottle

Many of her teammates have the full size or medium Dream Duffel, and it just seems like overkill for 5-6 costumes. I am considering the carry-on Dream Duffel, but wondering if there is something else I should consider. For a teenage girl, she tends to travel light. She couldn't care less about having something name brand, cute, or trendy. She's very pragmatic. Any suggestions?

Most people use the dream duffel - but it is expensive. Another option is getting a rolling suitcase and making your own rack with PVC pipes ( you can break it down to store in the suitcase and then put it together at recital/competition

Have you tried Simply Caddy? It's also expensive but really great.

Has anyone done the deep dive on these bags lately? I’m feeling overwhelmed.
