Question about wood deck renewal

We've neglected our deck and now have some rotten boards and the wood looks pretty dry.
I've been getting estimates and the estimators tell me that the boards are too worn to use a stain and sealer.
They are recommending products like Rescue It and Deck and Dock, after properly cleaning and sanding the deck and replacing rotten boards.

I'm concerned about these products peeling in the future.
Anyone have experience with the products above and what did you think of them?

I've used restore and it sucks! Within months it peeled
