Anyone have feedback on any of their three locations? The web site had peaked my interest in this school, but I'd love some feedback from moms and dads with kids there or experiences there.
Thanks! |
Bump. I know this is old, but I'm interested as well. anyone?? |
My daughter has been in the 3/4 year old class at the Alexandria location since October. Overall, we are very happy. The director and teachers are all wonderful, the kids do lots of neat activities, and they have a nice outdoor play area. The only downside from my point of view is the physical space--it's a little small and the classrooms are separated from each other by rows of cubbies, not by walls. So it tends to be on the noisy, "humming with activity" side. I think that makes my (admittedly very sensitive) daughter a bit stressed.

Thanks for honest feedback! It looks like a great school from what I can tell from the website. I have a tour next week. Any other experiences? |
I know this is late....but I love, love, love it. We go to th Alexandria location. my son has been there since he was 2, my younger will start as soon as he turns two. Can't say enough good things. LOVE it there. |
Any input on the Arlington locations? |
Bump
I'm interested in the Arlington location at Rt. 50 and George Mason. Anyone have feedback? Thanks! |
I'm a happy Alexandria Location mom, but based on my recommendation, a very good friend put her daughter in the Arlington Location and they love it. Ms. Tierney owns them and she's pretty involved with the Directors. Calling, checking in, and she really gives back to schools in other less developed countries. It's a wonderful environment. |
My child has been at the N.Scott Street location for a year and a half. We love it. She started in the 3's and is now in the 4/5's. They did have some movement of teachers last year, which had me a little nervous, but it seems to have settled down and for the best. The teachers there are loving. The location is in a converted home on a quiet street, which we felt was a great transition for our child. The school is flexible, friendly, and comfortable. They operate off of a theme every month, with speciality focuses each week, and build lesson plans around the themes. We've been really happy with this choice. Hope that helps! |
