At Columbia Fertility where do they perform the IUI's and IVF's?

| IVF (egg transfer and egg retrievals) is definitely done in the DC office only (downstairs in they have a surgical suite). I am not sure about the IUIs, but I do believe the only lab (necessary for processing the sperm) is in DC. My husband gave his sample downstairs, but Dr. Rifka performed the IUIs in the 4th floor office. |

| yes, IVF downstairs in the surgical suite; IUIs in the regular doctor's offices upstairs -- if an IUI is to occur on the weekend, however, they'll do that downstairs as well in one of the regular rooms. |

| I was seen for all my monitoring at the Arlington office but IUI's had to be done in DC because that's where the sperm-prep took place. We did them in the downstairs rooms since my doctor didn't use upstairs rooms normally. |
