Best way to advertise a garage sale?

We're moving and need to get rid of items we should have awhile ago. Never have done a garage sale before. What is the best way to advertise it? Thanks.

craigslist. I garage sale shop all the time. I use an app (yard sale treasure map) that populates from craigslist. I really like when they post pictures!

+1 I had an “estate sale” several years ago and advertised on Craigs List. We had tons of people who came - two weekends in a row.
