| We want to get our 13 year old daughter a cell phone. Any advice on what to look for as far as being able to put parental restrictions in place on incoming/outgoing calls, texts, etc.? Thanks! |

| I wouldn't restrict it technologically, but I'd sure place limits on where/when/how much it is okay to talk or text! As in: the phone gets turned off at dinner and during homework time. And if she can't stop herself from texting while others are trying to speak to her, no more texting. |
