mosquito control: fogging vs barrier spray

| After three years of being eaten alive (mosquitoes LOVE me) and having no luck with the natural alternatives, we are going to be ordering mosquito treatment for our yard this year. The pest control company that treats our house is now offering mosquito service for $140/month from April to October. This sounds high to me, so I plan on calling some other companies to compare. What I can't find much information on anywhere is the risks/benefits of fogging (which is what our company would do) vs. barrier spray. Can anyone enlighten? FWIW, we have outdoor play equipment and a container garden on our deck. Thanks. |
