bare legs in low 50s

if i am going to be in an office environment all day (inside), will i be cold with bare legs in the low 50s?

There is only one way to find out, as individuals are different in their heat / cold tolerance. Try it, and bring a hose with you. If you get cold - wear it.

and maybe self-tan before you do it if you need it or typically do that sort of thing at the first of the season.
