| are you kind of dreading what's coming on Saturday? I think I'm going to need a stiff drink and a blankie to get through it. |
| This show reminds me how much I dislike the sadistic elements of the book. I could skim through those but the show makes them hard to avoid. I really wonder about Diana Gabaldon ... |
| When reading the books I would skip the parts I found upsetting. I think the show is very well done, but I sometimes dread watching it knowing what is coming... |
| Yes, I'm dreading it a little bit. A drink is a good idea ... |
Oh please, almost all the good shows on TV have sadistic shit. It sells. I can think of half a dozen top shows off the top of my head that have rape, torture, and other previously unimaginable things happen in them. |
|
I don't get it people, it's fiction! Why are you disturbed by reading/watching events that never really happened?
|
| It's disturbing to watch awful things happening to people, fictional or not. It's going to be gut wrenching to see the visual of all the things we know go down. |
| I agree. I am dreading this episode (even more than I looked forward to the wedding episode!). |
| Skip this episode if your sqemish, it's exactly what your dreading. I just watched it on the Starz Play app. The rescue does not happen this week, so skip it and watch next week. |
|
No light without darkness. I watched it on the app at midnight. It's fantastic. Dark, disturbing, and BRILLIANTLY acted.
Are you not entertained?!
|
| I am sure I will judiciously fast forward and / or mute. |
| I didn't think it was that bad. Based on what I'd heard, I was gearing up for far worse. |
| I was just hoping this part would go a little faster. I feel like there is a lot to pack into next week's finale. |
