finding salary comps for salary negotiation

I have a review scheduled next week and would like to ask for a raise. Have been in the job 2 years (in house atty, small company). Am looking for a healthy raise and think I should bring in some facts and data to support the request (and, frankly, am also trying to get a sense of what's reasonable).
