WISC - V Question

Anonymous
For you experts out there, please!

Transferring from another district and worried about WISC scores. Total score was 136, with one area as high as 144.
BUT the processing speed was low, at just over 100.

How likely is it that DC will be denied AAP because of the low processing speed score?

Thank you for any advice.

They consider FSIQ and like it when VCI is high. I wouldn't worry about it at all.

Score would be fine, especially if your DC was previously in gifted in the other district. They may still have to take the district's tests and GBRS if not. You should contact the AAP Office.
