Anyone try fenugreek to boost bust size?

I'm utterly deflated since weening 4 years ago coupled with losing the extra weight this year. Implants are not an option but read fenugreek could help. Anyone use a supplement and did it help increase your bra size?

Only thing that worked for me was gaining about 5-10 pounds. I've since lost those pounds and realized I'd rather be in shape with tiny titties than chubby with small, but perky boobs.

Fenugreek will make you smell like maple syrup, but it won't fill your breasts out.

i took it to increase supply and it smelled way worse than maple syrup. I was working out one night and had to stop because I couldn't stand how badly I smelled. I had to immediately stop taking it.

+1. I smelled like syrup but it didn't even help with supply, nevertheless bust size. I really think implants or maybe working up your pec muscles are the only way to help the situation.
