Gender neutral bathrooms.

Please help me understand. What is a gender neutral bathroom? Is it only for those who want to be boys but are girls or girls that want to be boys but are girls? Who uses these gender neutral bathrooms? Only those who are transgender or all who want to share a bathroom visit with the opposite sex? I am confused.

What? I know what neutral means but so because they have the genitals of one gender but identify with another that makes them neutral in the sense of gender specific bathrooms? Not.

really. so this is simply about an individuals identity preference. i identify more with pets so if I pee on you sorry it is my right. so if i identify more with girls i will use the girls bathroom, really. this is ridiculous.
